Praise for VisionArt

I just had to take a few moments and write to let everyone know how pleased I've been with VisionArt. Not only are their albums amazing, their service is impossible to beat.

One time I put a wedding album together. I copied and pasted the bride and grooms vows from an email. I have to admit, I did not proof read the bride's email but Monica and VisionArt did. She sent me an email to let me know so I could correct it.

This could have been embarrassing to me as a professional photographer and album designer for something like this.

Sheepishly I say that this is not the only occasion that "Eagle-Eye" Monica has suggested improvements for my submissions.

Snap - I made up a studio sample with a black spine and a red cover - I had a logo on the back cover and it was centered correctly 'on paper' I got the same eagle eyed call pointing out that although it was in the correct position the eye would be fooled into thinking it was off center by the black spine, They moved my logo (with my permission) to an off centered position but centered in the red and it looks amazing - had it not have been picked up I would have 3 albums that look wrong - (this was a large, partents and brag book set)

VA do seem to offer that OLD WORLD kind of customer service that is just lost in todays must have society
